Our proprietary software and applications, together with their code, design and documentation, are the intellectual property of Tech-Hubris Africa and are protected as such. Nothing on the Website transfers any right, title or interest in that intellectual property to you.
Limited licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and access the Website for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Website content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Products, services & enquiries
Website content describing our products and services (including ICT and hardware resale, drone survey, CAD engineering, enterprise software, and chrome ore supply) is for general information only and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or a binding commitment. Specifications, availability and pricing are confirmed only in a written quotation or agreement issued by us. Product grades and specifications, for example chrome at 40–42% concentrate, are supported by assay or certificate of analysis where stated, on request.
5. Privacy & POPIA notice
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"). This notice explains how we handle information you submit through the Website.
- What we collect: only the information you choose to provide when you contact us, such as your name, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry.
- Why we collect it: solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and conduct legitimate business communication with you.
